Rachel Rubin
MS, RD, LD
Rachel has a special interest in hormone health, thyroid conditions, disordered eating behaviors, and digestive issues, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and acid reflux. She also provides nutrition support for a variety of chronic health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, kidney disease and osteoporosis.
Rachel received her undergraduate degree in dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and completed her dietetic internship from The College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. She further went on to obtain her master’s in Human Nutrition in Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in Oregon.
